Jonesy spent his younger days in Aberfan, Wales where he was avid rugby and football player, playing for Troedyrhiw Boys Club. At 16 he moved to Luton where he was signed as a YTS player and then to a professional contract. During this time he also represented the Wales youth National team at U15,16 & 18 level. He moved to the US in 2000 to begin a coaching journey that has spanned 20+ years, joining the canton soccer club staff in 20??
