For years and years we have been talking about having a TOPSoccer program here in Canton, and it’s always been on the back burner …but no more! There is no reason why our club should not only have such a program, but the best program in all of Michigan. Our staff and board have been spread pretty thin over the last few years and that’s why we’re seeking more help. We hope to launch in Fall 2022.

US Youth Soccer TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities, organized by youth soccer association volunteers. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, who has a mental or physical disability. Our goal is to enable the thousands of young athletes with disabilities to become valued and successful members of the US Youth Soccer family.
What could be better, am I right???? I’ve had the opportunity to see this program in action and the smiles on these faces makes the work behind the scenes well worth it.
