DCFC Youth West Girls Spring Team
Our goal is to provide a competitive program in the spring to cater to those players (U15-U19) that are not playing high school soccer. C.G.S.T will foster an environment that will continue to push our players education both technically and tactically throughout the spring season via training and games.
OVERVIEW
• This program is for “trapped” players and for players that have decided to not to play HS soccer. This program is also open to non-DCFC players.
• We will have a “drop in session” Tuesday & Thursday, March 19th & 21st 7:30pm – 8:30pm. Team will be formed that week.
• Training: Indoor - will be March 26th thru April 11th. Tuesday & Thursday twice a week for 1 hour at the HV Dome, 7:30pm – 8:30pm.
• Outdoor – Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30pm-8:00pm at Independence park.
• Roster: Looking to have 14-18 players

• DCFC on Front, Number on the back (wear current shorts)
• One black UA Shirt and one Grey UA Shirt
COST: Estimated at $400 - $500 (all dependent on roster size).

COACH BIO'S:
Amber started coaching for the club in 2016 with summer camps and CAT sessions. She currently holds a USSF “D” License. Amber is from Jackson and played for Rush. She played 4 years of varsity at Lumen Christi High School and earned scholarship to play at Jackson College and then Lawrence Tech University. She graduated with a Bachelor's of Interior Architecture in 2017. She currently coaches 3 teams at DCFC and assists with GK training.
Kyle grew up playing 10 years for the Canton Soccer Club and he was a member of the U20 National Championship team in 2011. Kyle has been working with the club since he was 17, assisting with our Rec Tec, Academy, and goalkeeper training programs. Winningham has been coaching youth soccer since 2009 as well as at the collegiate level since 2012. He is currently the assistant coach and goalkeeper coach for both men’s and women’s soccer at Concordia University in Ann Arbor. Kyle is also the goalkeeper director for DCFC Youth West. Kyle currently holds a USSF “C” license.
